This is the second time I've rewritten this post. This diary-come professional blog is a bit of a minefield. I have neither time nor energy to write and manage two blogs - one private, one professional. I will see how this continutes.

This week was challenging, and not always a "good" challenging.

I allow myself to be emotionally vulnerable, when perhaps I should protect myself somewhat.

It is unwise to leave the doors of ones heart open; but it is compassionate to leave them ajar.

There were significant team difficulties this week.

Regardless, we were all on the same page at the beginning, and the end.

We made progress as a team, even whilst working in subsets of individuals. All knew what they were doing, and how it worked with the system. I am quite proud of that.
